 Bobby, His Brother Pat, Pat’s son-in-law Eric and I all went camping on an Island in the Indian River and had heaps of fun. We left Friday and came home Monday afternoon so we could have dinner with the family. Lots of fishing to be had but not too many fish caught, enough to eat though.

On The Menu

Fri Night: Fish fry samwiches
Sat Morn: Coffee, Bloody Mary’s, Morgans
Sat lunch: Salami bagels, Cajun boiled peanuts, Smoked baby mullet
Sat Night: Chicken, onion & potato kebabs, Chicken legs terryaki, BBQ quail
Sun Brunch: Coffee, Bloody Mary’s, Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, Bagels
Sun Night: Fish Soup
Monday Morn: Coffee
Monday Evening: Corned Beef and Braised vegetable, Asparagus with Bearnaise Sauce

I went super smooth and my wife Kimmi was such a huge help to me. Everyone raved about the food which is the main thing, very happy customers, very happy organizer, lots of compliments. I utilized the KISS method.

Garlic & Herb Bread
Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Strawberries and Blueberries.

I didn’t get to take any photos which I had hoped to do, was too busy making sure everything went smooth.
