4 Bananas Large
125 gm Butter
½ Cup Sugar
1 lemon (Rind and juice of)
4 Eggs (beaten)
- Cook chopped bananas in butter with the sugar, lemon juice and rind for 10 minutes.
- Add 3 T of the mixture to the eggs and beat well.
- Pour over remaining banana mixture while stirring.
- Cook gently over low heat until thick.
